Cancer mortality is attenuated (lessened) by the consumption of glucosamine.
“In a study published November 2, 2022 in the journal Frontiers in Nutrition, men, and women who used glucosamine had a lower risk of dying from cancer than those who did not use glucosamine.”
The above is quoted from this newsletter.

Glucosamine and Cancer
After reading all this material on cancer and glucosamine, I thought you might enjoy a moment of beauty.
There was a lot of stuff to digest, and the conclusion is that, in my opinion, there is a lot of upside to taking glucosamine and minimal, if any, downside.
Personally, I have taken glucosamine for many years. However, because I take it doesn’t mean that you should. I am also not suggesting you take it – let me be clear.
What I’m suggesting:
Read the materials I listed above and study further if you like. Adding supplements to your daily routine should not be taken lightly.
If, after doing your due diligence, you think taking glucosamine is in your best interests, I will give you two links to get the same thing I take every day.
Here’s what I’m taking:
Glucosamine Sulphate 500 mg daily.
Glucosamine Chondrotin and MSM One tablet daily. This s a power-packed trio of ingredients that I’ve taken for years.
OK, Make the right decision for yourself based on information readily available.
Thanks for reading,
OMY1
