SIMPLE BEGINNER WORKOUT FOR LONGEVITY

Here are three exercises. Each is done only once. They’re done in 20-second cycles: ten seconds out, ten seconds back. Smooth turnarounds with constant tension. Simply repeat until your muscles will not allow another “rep.” This is commonly referred to as muscle failure, which is a strong muscle growth stimulator.

In my opinion, the main benefit of walking is increased blood flow, meaning increased delivery of oxygen and nutrients to tissues and organs and picking up waste. Inactivity robs your tissues of their needs, inhibits metabolism, and encourages waste buildup.

100 SQUATS A DAY - WHY DO THEM?

Start your day by doing ten squats when you get out of bed. And do ten squats before getting into bed at night. These will get you going in the morning by oxygenating your muscles and organs and help you fall asleep at night by releasing your tension.
